Thomas Edison’s ancestors lived in New Jersey until their loyalty to the British royal family during the American Revolution drove them to Nova Scotia, Canada. From there, generations later moved to Ontario and fought against Americans in the 1812 war. Edison’s mother, Nancy Eliot, came from New York until her family moved to Vienna, Canada, where she met Little Dyson and she was married. When Sam participated in an unsuccessful uprising in Ontario in the 1930s, he was forced to flee to the United States and established his home in Milan, Ohio in 1839. Thomas Alva Edison was born in Sam and Nancy on February 11, 1847 in Milan, Ohio. Edison was called “Ayr” when he was young, the smallest of the seven children, four of whom survived to adulthood. Edison is often in poor health when he is young. In search of better wealth, Sam Edison moved his family to Port Huron, Michigan in 1854, where he worked in the timber business. Edison is a poor student. When a principal named Edison “argued” or slowed down. His angry mother took him out of school and continued to teach him at home. Edison said many years later, “My mother is my styling. She is so real, so sure to me, I think I have someone who can live, I can’t disappoint.” At a very young age, he was mechanically and Chemical experiments have shown a strong interest. In 1859, Edison sold newspapers and candy to Detroit on the Grand Trunk Railroad. In the baggage car, he set up a laboratory for chemical experiments and printing presses, where he founded the “Big Tree Herald”, the first newspaper published on the train. The unexpected fire forced him to stop his experiment. Around the age of twelve, Edison almost lost all his hearing. There are several theories about what causes his hearing loss. Some people attribute it to the sequela of scarlet fever when they were young. After Edison caused a fire on the baggage car, others blamed it on the boxing of his ear, an event that Edison claimed never happened. Edison himself blamed the incident in which he was caught by his ear and carried on the train. However, he did not dissuage him with his disability and often regarded it as an asset because it made it easier for him to focus on his experiments and research. However, there is no doubt that his deafness makes him more lonely and shy when dealing with others. In 1862, Edison rescued a three-year-old from the track, and a truck was preparing to enter his ranks. Grateful father, J.U. Professor MacKenzie Edison Railway Telegraph as a reward. That winter, he worked as a telegrapher at Port Huron. At the same time, he continued his scientific experiments. Between 1863 and 1867, Edison moved from one city to another in the United States, working on telegraph. In 1868, Edison moved to Boston, where he worked in the Western Union office and was more committed to inventing things. In January 1869, Edison resigned from his job and planned to devote himself to his time. His first patented invention was the electronic voting recorder of June 1869. Frustrated by the politicians’ reluctance to use the machine, he decided not to waste time inventing what no one wanted. Edison moved to New York City in mid-1869. A friend, Franklin Pope, allowed Edison to sleep in a room at Samuel Rolls’ Gold Indicators Company. When Edison managed to repair the broken machine there, he was hired to manage and improve the printer. In the next phase of his life, Edison participated in several projects and partnerships dealing with the telegraph. In October 1869, Edison formed a pope, Edison and company with Franklin Pop and James Ashley. They advertise themselves as electrical engineers and builders of electrical equipment. Edison received several patents to improve the telegraph. The partnership merged with Gold and Stock Telegraph Co. in 1870. Edison also partnered with the Newark Telegraph facility in Newark, NJ, to work with William Unger to produce stock printers. He formed the American Telegraph Company and is committed to developing automated telegrams later this year. In 1874, he began to study the Western Union’s multi-channel telegraph system, eventually developing a quadruple telegram that could send two messages simultaneously in both directions. When Edison sold his patent to rival Atlantic and Pacific Telecom, Western Union remittances subsequently won a series of court proceedings. In addition to other telegraph inventions, he also developed electric pens in 1875.
